Thomas Enthofer is a research associate at the Chair of Theoretical Philosophy and the degree program coordinator of the Master program in Theoretical Philosophy. He studied Theoretical Philosophy, Sociology, and Political Science at LMU Munich and is currently working on his doctoral thesis about Hegel's concept of the Absolute.
In his teaching and research, Thomas Enthofer engages in particular with questions from metaphysics, epistemology, and philosophy of religion, and primarily refers to authors from the classical German philosophical tradition (mostly Kant, Hegel, and their reception) as well as from early analytic philosophy (mostly Wittgenstein and his reception) in answering them.
