Personal information

Daniel Misselbeck-Wessel studied mathematics in Munich, Berlin, Trento, and Verona. He completed his PhD in 2018 and subsequently held postdoctoral positions at the Department of Computer Science at the University of Verona and the Department of Mathematics at LMU Munich. In 2023/24, he was a Junior Fellow at the Alfried Krupp Institute for Advanced Study in Greifswald.

Research interest

Daniel's research interests include constructive algebra, point-free topology, and the history of proof theory. His current DFG project investigates Gerhard Gentzen's extant shorthand notes on the consistency problem of analysis.
