My PhD project supervised by Prof. Dr. Sven Nyholm starts with the definition of moral blame. After figuring out the concept of moral blame, I move to the concept of moral agency through moral blamability and try to answer under what conditions artificial intelligence should be treated as the same morally blamable agents as natural human beings.
