Before joining the MCMP, I studied at Sun Yat-sen University and Peking University, where I received my bachelor’s and master’s degrees, respectively.

Forschungsinteressen

My interests are broadly in social epistemology and in using mathematical and computational methods to explore philosophical questions.

I am particularly interested in how these methods can offer new perspectives on epistemic and cognitive phenomena in social contexts. I enjoy treating formal and computational models as a kind of playground: they allow us to play with concepts, experiment with different assumptions, and explore phenomena from perspectives that may be difficult to access otherwise. Agent-based modeling is one approach I am currently exploring, alongside other mathematical and computational methods.
