Background

She joined the chair of Philosophy of Mind and CVBE at the LMU in 2020. Her primary interest lies in the exploration of essential structures encompassing the incoming act of being touched and their influence on our mental health being.

Perception, touch cognition, perception-cognition interactions, mental wellbeing.

She is working on

Her project focuses on wondrous ways we consciously interpret and predict incoming touch in trust in a non-threatening situation. She is hoping with her findings to further highlight the influential role of trust in the magnificently complex phenomenon of touch acceptance.
